I am a Character Designer, Concept Artist, and Illustrator.
I have worked as an Illustrator, Comic Artist, Storyboard Artist, Character Designer, and Concept Artist for games, comics, TV and film. I have at least 5 years of professional experience. I have worked on various projects for commercials, TV , online educational courses, games, and comics.
I have a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Animation from Brigham Young University.
I have worked on 4 films over the past several years. Several of these films have won national awards, and have played at film festivals across the world. My activity here has been pretty dead. That's because the last 3 months for me have been crazy. Right after Salt Lake Comic Con I printed a book and took that book to the CTN Expo to exhibit at my table. My book got picked up by Stuart Ng Books, and is now available online to purchase through their website. After I got back from CTN I started doing work for some big names in animation (can't say who yet,) and got a job as a concept artist for a game company. So as of right now, I have 3 concept art jobs. All 3 are very intense with super quick deadlines, so I get very busy.

Back from CTNX

Wow. What an experience. I picked up some more work. Had my book picked up by Stuart Ng Books, so they will be carrying that now in their magical store. Hung out at Disney Feature Animation with a friend. Also spent time at Warner Bros. Animation. Got to know a few people like Brittany Lee, John Polidora, Shaun Bryant, Helen Chen, Sean Galloway, and Cory Loftis a little better. Known them for years, but this is about the only chance I get to see them in person.
I will be exhibiting again next year. This is an event I highly recommend to anyone who wants to go into Animation.

Book and CTNX

I'm going to be exhibiting at the CTN Animation Expo November 18-20. I'll be releasing my new art book, 'Dungeon Crawler' during CTN. So far, it will only be available at CTNX and will be an extremely limited run. Should it do well, I may consider online sales after CTNX.
